Greg Modd, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

As Principal Consultant, Greg has extensive experience overseeing multiple aspects of Human Resources management. With experience in a multitude of industries in the private and public sectors. Greg started his career in the United States Air Force, serving two tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. Greg's charisma, leadership style, and business acumen have led multiple organizations to see increased business revenue and decreased attrition.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business. Greg has served as Past SHRM Chapter President for the Livingston Area Human Resources Association and Greater Ann Arbor Society for Human Resource Management (GAASHRM), and former board President for Michigan Ability Partners. Greg was recognized as a Top HR professional in the state of Michigan in 2014 by the Michigan Council of SHRM.

With more than 20 years of executing HR practitioner duties with strategic responsibilities within the HR arena, Greg now leads PPC.

Rachel A. Modd

As Director of Business Operations, Rachel does the heavy lifting for Penultimate People Consulting. Rachel holds an Associate' of Business Administration from Baker College. Rachel has a diverse background in business. It began in retail at Dollar Tree Stores and Aldi. During college, she gained valuable customer service skills before entering the banking world at Bank of America.

Her true calling has always been Kingdom work. After six years in banking, Rachel transitioned to full-time ministry work. She organized volunteers, led worship, developed programs, and much more. Rachel's a mother of four children and is loving, nurturing, joyous, humble, gracious, and compassionate. Quick to forgive and always finds the best in people. She's an A-player and a true blessing to the PPC. 

Rachel's work ethic, thoughtfulness, and heart for service have impacted several individuals on a soul level. Rachel has served in ministries since she was a teenager. She truly has a heart of service as an Enneagram Type Two: The Helper.
